Your FOYF membership includes:

How do I know if I should join the community?

Freedom on Your Fork (FOYF) was created for individuals who are on a journey to find food freedom, improve their relationship with food and their bodies and fuel their bodies to feel their best. You may have considered 1:1 nutrition coaching to help with all of this, but weren’t ready for the time or financial commitment. FOYF was created as a way of getting the support you need without the high ticket price that often comes with trainings or coaching. This group is also for you if you’re open to receive the support and encouragement from other members and Kate and are open to sharing your experiences on your own food freedom journey!

What if I can’t make the monthly live trainings or office hours?

Not a problem at all! While I would love for you to join as many events as you can live, I totally get that life gets in the way. All events are recorded and will be uploaded to the group for endless replay 🙂 Office hours won’t be recorded, but you can always ask any questions you have in the group and Kate will respond! 

How long are memberships?

Memberships for FOYF are month-to-month so you can start and stop any time you want. I recommend to plan on joining for at least 6 months as health and nutrition changes take time. New content will be continously added so there will always be fresh content for you to consume! To cancel your membership, please submit a cancelation request (linked inside the group) at least 3 days before your next billing date. 

Can I join FYOF at any time?

Absolutely! Whenever you’re ready, we’re ready for you!
